Blue Bunny Cupcakes

With Easter only a few days away, I have little bunnies nestled in sugar and pearls on my mind...sweets and treats, and meals with family. Here is a simple, charming way to dress up the table with a delicious treat...
Bake as many cupcakes as you'll need to place one on each plate on your table, in your desired flavor (I baked a simple vanilla cupcake). Frost and decorate cupcakes, I did a simple vanilla butter-cream frosting sprinkled with decorating pearls. Using baby blue, baby pink and yellow fondant, mold your little bunnies: 1 med ball for body, 1 small ball for head, 1 extra-small ball for cotton-tail. Gently mold two little ears. After attaching all body parts, mold and shape with your fingers. I used the edge of a knife to give my bunnies little eyes and front feet. Add small flowers if desired. Place on top of your frosted cupcakes and serve!
Aren't these little guys the sweetest? So simple, and sure to make everyone smile:)

Do you have any special holiday plans?
