Hi!  I'm Sarah, creator of Attic Lace, and I blog as a creative outlet, as a vehicle to share my projects, adventures and ideas... 
I studied Display and Exhibit Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, and  spent 7 years as the in-house stylist for Daffy's, Inc.  I was also a member of their marketing team, working on their window installations, social media venues, and PR events.  I have also enjoyed doing freelance work from my home for many years.
 I live in a little yellow house with my sweet husband Nick, our two dogs Peanut and Bug, a guinea pig named Benny, and our two cockatiels, George and Dolly.  I love to cook, bake, craft, draw etc. and enjoy taking on new projects and accepting new challenges. I'm so excited to have joined the blogging community and hope you enjoy my little blog as it continues to grow:) xo Sarah

    I am so glad I came across your blog (from Joy the Baker's newest post). I have spent about 10 minutes just staring at all the pretty images and ideas on here. Keep up the good work Sarah!

    Sarah, I don't know how I Missed seeing the link to your portfolio before tonight, but it is truly beautiful... I am so impressed with your ability to put simple thing things together and create such stunning images. The purple sock dress is my favorite thong. I love that!

      Thank you Mikki!!! My porfolio is one of those things I am never satisfied with, I am so glad you enjoyed looking at it! Hopefully it will be changing and growing as I learn how to customize it more and more.
      That sock dress was SO much fun to make;)
