Many Thanks
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a great day with Nick's side of the family yesterday. We ladies did the cooking and brought it together at his Aunt's house. It was all delicious. I tried a new cookie recipe, these Pumpkin cookies with maple buttercream. I sandwiched them because the buttercream was so light and creamy.
I also spent some time planting a little pot of bulbs for the kitchen, little paperwhites, which I'm hoping will be blooming in a few weeks....
We're so excited to start the Christmas season, it's almost time to open the first door on the advent calendar!!
